Felisha Johnson currently resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She previously lived in Memphis for 20 plus years before relocating to the Middle Tennessee region. She has an extensive experience in conflict resolution, being in management roles since 2005. She has a BA degree in Organizational Leadership Development from Bethel University where she graduated with a 3.8 GPA and a MA in Conflict Resolution from Bethel University where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She has completed the required TSC Rule 31 mediation training in Family Mediation, Civil Mediation, and Domestic Violence Mediation. She is also a mother to 3 teenagers which means she has to be a neutral for majority of her home life.
The reason that she chose to be mediator is because by nature, Felisha is not a confrontational person. This has caused many unhealthy relationships and left her very unsatisfied with the way she allowed things to end in her life. Her goal is to help others help themselves by speaking for what they want or more importantly what they need in a controlled atmosphere. It is important for her that others know they have a voice and deserve to be heard. All issues cannot be resolved 100 percent the way one may want, however, mediation allows both parties to have an equal say and that is all Felisha would like to help others be able to achieve. Felisha is so passionate about helping others she is willing to travel throughout all 95 counties to help others resolve their issues in a way that they will be satisfied.
